This practice has been an extension and consequence of our on-going management consulting relationships in the industry. Organizational transformation / improvement efforts frequently led to requirements for key roles that we were asked to help in filling. This has resulted in BizMentors being involved in recruitment actions for positions at both senior and junior levels. Though this has not been a significant portion of our business, it has helped us provide much needed assistance to our clients from time to time. More recently, we have decided to pursue and grow this arm of our business with greater focus and inputs. The infrastructure and staffing for this effort have been committed.
2.Providing fresh talent from the academic institutions selected, trained and groomed by BizMentors –
This model of service is envisaged as a synergic extension of our 'Finishing School' initiative “BizMentors Corporate Academy”. This institution has been set up with the purpose of training and grooming students from the educational institutions so as to make them 100 % “industry-ready”. Such ready students would surely be a rich source of human resources for corporate clients who would save enormous time and cost in the processes of campus recruitment, induction and on-the-job training which they would have to undertake if they had to hunt for students from campus to campus. Given the low employability ratios of most college pass-outs, this service is likely to prove valuable for the industry.
