BizMentors was founded, and is headed, by Mr. MK Tribhuvan. With a B.Tech. from I.I.T., Bombay & M.B.A from I.I.M, Calcutta, combined with global  industrial experience of more than 30 years, he is eminently positioned to play the anchoring role in the training and mentoring efforts of BizMentors. His significant earlier assignments have been, as MD of Elektronika, Slovenia ( 3 yrs. ), BPL Appliances, Bangalore ( 3 yrs. ) and CEO of Crompton Greaves Ltd. JV’s with foreign MNC’s ( 3 yrs ).

He has demonstrated Strategic Business Development skills in a variety of very competitive industries, ranging from Consumer Electronics ( 25 Mil. Euro to 70 Mil. Euro in 3 yrs Elektronika, Slovenia ) & Home Appliances   ( Rs. 200 Cr. To Rs.400 Cr. In 3 yrs.,BPL ), through Telecom ( set-up to 30 Cr. In 3 yrs.Tata Telecom, Palakkad ) to Engineering Industries for Domestic & Industrial Storage Systems ( 25 Cr to 50 Cr in 4 Yrs. Godrej ) , Machine  Tools and Material  Handling Systems ( Godrej ). He has achieved Consistent success in Project Management, notable ones being as the CEO of JVs of Crompton Greaves with various foreign partners, (ICC, Chicago and EPRI, Houston). He has significant expertise and success in leading Product Development Projects, having led several complex product development projects, starting with the 3 Forklift models in Godrej, thru the several consumer telecom products in Tata Telecom, and the several white goods developed in BPL and the consumer electronic goods developed for European customers in Electronika Velenje, Slovenia. His proficiency in Brand Management is marked by successful Brand Launches and Memorable Campaigns for a number of Home Appliances as the MD of BPL Appliances ( viz. Converti Frost-Free, BPL W/Mc, Double-cool Conventional refrigerators ).

His hands-on experience in CRM and SCM – dealing with more than a million customers and the supply chain for producing and distributing more than half a million items every year as the Business Head & CEO of BPL Home Appliances, have sharpened insights that are useful in his current role as trainer for companies in the service sector. Thorough   grounding  in  Budgeting, Business  Planning  and  Business  Modeling  in  Indian  and  International  scenarios. Good understanding of Systems Analysis and Design, Finance add to the richness of the training inputs of BizMentors designed and anchored by him.

His networking skills, multicultural exposure, ability to build lasting personal relations-ships across diverse cultures, significant  language  skills  with fluency in  7  Indian  languages, colloquial  Slovene  and  a smattering of German, have enabled him to build up the  positive image that BizMentors enjoys with its high profile clients.

Ganesh G Bhatt, Director.

He is one of the First Directors of the company. With an M.Tech in Electronics from IIT-Mumbai, and more than 35 years in Consumer Electronics and Industrial Electronics, he brings in valuable knowledge in the field of Electronics and Embedded Software Design.

His stints as Head of Design in well-known companies like Philips, Orson, and Tata Telecom have resulted in deep insights and rich experience that can provide valuable sources of learning in training programs.

His personal qualities of patience, passion and perseverance make him a valuable and sought-after resource as a trainer.

V. Umamaheshwar, Advisor

He has more than 25years of rich multifunctional experience in IT business delivery for international clients, building large delivery teams, infrastructure management, establishing and running IT divisions abroad, He retired recently  as the Vice President and Location Head from Patni, Pune. He has been well recognized for his man-management and resource management skills.

He has handled diverse departments like quality, training, hardware & operations and facility management of 2000+ resources. Leading, developing and motivating large teams of I.T. professionals are career highlights. His forte has been Project Management, Quality Management and Business Management in the IT / ITES industry. His work with Mckinsey on “Strategic Cost Saving and Problem Solving initiatives” was widely recognized in the Industry.

Having dealt with demanding Global clients like GE Aircraft Engines, GE Drives, Allmerica, Astea, North West Airlines, Mckinsey and other well known names from Insurance and Health care, he is a rich source of domain knowledge across the entire cross section the IT / ITES industry.

He has always nursed a passion for teaching, training and development of resources. He taught MIS Course for MCS Students in the University of Pune for one semester for the first batch of Master of Computer Science at the University of Pune. At Patni, he lead the induction program for new recruits which rates the highest among other information sharing and motivating exercises. Have delivered several lectures in Patni in the technical, domain and behavioral areas for large teams. Initiated and drove a computer literacy program for underprivileged children in Patni apart from other participation in the NGO programs (sports, cultural events, curriculum revamp, off-school vocational guidance etc.).

Dr. Vandana Goswami, Consultant Trainer.

She is another key resource who plays a significant role in our content development and training activities.

With a Doctorate in Anthropology from Michigan State University, USA, and more than 20 years in the teaching profession she brings in valuable insights into the training and learning process.

She has worked with various age groups in US, India and Nepal, giving her cross-cultural training expertise. Her background in Anthropology and Sociology, enables her to situate workshops in ways that relates to people’s own lives and endows her with a rare competence in designing absorbing courses tailored to meet the needs of specific groups based on age, cultural background, skill gaps and professional background.

Combination of a strong academic background, pedagogical experience, and skilled teaching techniques enables her to create enjoyable and interactive sessions, with stimulating discussions to help people open up with their thoughts.
